The Marion County Sheriff's Office has found a man who was reported missing January 29th deceased in his home.
The body of 87-year-old Henry Conly Fitchett was found in his home near Aurora after deputies served a search warrant at the house.
Edward Fitchett, age 49, Henry Conly Fitchett's son, has been arrested and taken to the Marion County Jail for the crimes of Theft I, Criminal Mistreatment I, Identity Theft I and Abuse of a Corpse.
This is an active criminal investigation. An autopsy will be scheduled and performed by the Oregon State Medical Examiner to determine the cause of death.
