The Beaverton Police Department is asking for the public's assistance identifying an ID Theft suspect targeting fitness centers throughout the Portland Metro area.
The suspect will use a guest pass to enter the fitness center and then cut locks in the women's locker room. She frequently steals car keys from the locker, locates the vehicle in the parking lot, and steals purses, wallets, credit cards, and identification from the victims' cars.
The suspect is known to use those stolen credit cards at nearby business, but she has also been known to open bank and credit accounts using the victims' identities.
She visited all of the Beaverton 24 Hour Fitness and LA Fitness clubs on May 12, 2017 and is the suspect in numerous other cases in the Portland Metro area.
The female has an unidentified accomplice driving what is believed to be a 2014 silver Toyota RAV 4 with an unknown plate.
It is unknown if there are more suspects involved.
