Tuesday afternoon, Beaverton Police started getting calls of money flying out of the windows of a car on Highway 26.
They were $100 dollar bills.
Officers say they were really bad counterfeits.
The bills had Chinese writing on them. They were thin and slick. They don't feel anything close to a real $100 bill.
Beaverton Police say there have been reports of people trying to pass this type of money. If someone accepted it as real, it would be clear they were not paying any attention.
