On June 28, 2017, 38-year-old Luis Edward Trybom was arrested by Sex Crimes Unit detectives as part of an ongoing investigation.
Trybom was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on charges of Using a Child in Display of Sexually Explicit Conduct (four counts). Bail is set at $1,000,000. These charges reflect the allegations of one victim.
Trybom is a registered sex offender in connection with a 1997 conviction for Sex Abuse in the Third Degree.
For investigative reasons, no further details can be released at this time.
