The Sherwood Police Department will begin using photo enforcement to address speeding at the intersections of Highway 99/Sunset Blvd and Highway 99/Tualatin-Sherwood Road on October 10th.
Drivers exceeding the posted speed limit by 11 m.p.h. or faster will be issued a citation for speeding. Additionally, if a driver is exceeding the speed limit by 21 m.p.h. and runs a red light they can be cited for both violations.
