Roads were icy when a crash happened early Monday morning on the Newberg-Dundee Bypass killing two people.
The bypass was closed for several hours for the investigation.
Initial reports indicate two semis collided head-on. A car was also involved in the crash.
There was a fire and several explosions. Two people died at the scene and third person was hospitalized.
Temperatures in western Washington County and Yamhill County fell below freezing and wet roads turned icy. Several crashes were reported.
