A woman riding a bike in Happy Valley suffered critical injuries in a crash Monday morning.
The crash happened at Southeast 142nd and Sunnyside Road.
The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office says the bicyclist was headed north on SE 142nd Avenue when she entered the intersection on a red light. She rode through the red light into intersection and began to turn left on SE Sunnyside Road when a vehicle traveling west on SE Sunnyside Road struck her.
A second cyclist says the woman who was hit had been drinking alcohol and was not wearing a helmet.
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
