Clackamas County Chair Charlotte Lehan says John Ludlow's calls to stop what he calls "Portland Creep" aren't very neighborly. Lehan, who is campaigning to keep her job, says Clackamas County relies on business and trading with Portland and doesn't think the "creep" campaign is very business friendly.
