Oregon voters shot down the idea of legalizing pot in November, but legislators are dragging the issue back into the spotlight. House Bill 3371 would legalize marijuana and authorize the state to regulate and tax it for recreational use. The bill will be reviewed by the House Judiciary Committee on April 2nd. So why do legislators think they can push this bill through when voters killed an initiative to legalize weed just a few short months ago? Paul talked to Rep.
